Recept BBQ Hot Yarda s radionice “Battle of BBQ Styles” za Smoked Butterfly Chicken na kamadu.
Upute
- Pripremiti roštilj za indirektno pečenje na temperaturi od 180°C uz dodatak iverja jabuke za dim.
- Pile postaviti u butterfly oblik rezanjem leđne kosti i otklanjanjem prsne hrskavice.
- Namazati pile Chipotle Mustard BBQ umakom te nanijeti Wild Dry rub mješavinu začina (može se kupiti u BBQ Hot Yard shopu).
- Peći pile oko 45-60 minuta, dok interna temperatura u prsima i batku ne postigne 75°C.
- Ostaviti da se odmori 10 minuta prije posluživanja.
